Managing your Dissemino Profile - Version 2.3

o help collaborate more effectively with team members and other users of Dissemino, in the My Profile page you can configure your user profile.

Two fields are available, Profile / Bio and Profile image.

The Profile / Bio field is a space to enter details about yourself, for example your role within the organization or responsibilities within Dissemino. Up to 500 characters can be entered.

The Profile image field allows you to upload a profile image. The image must be in .jpg or .jpeg format. This will be shown in place of the user menu icon at the right of the header bar. It will also be visible against any comments you add to resources, making it easier for others to follow the thread of your posts.

Once the form has been completed, click Save to store the details. The profile image you've uploaded will be displayed at the bottom of the form along with a Delete button should you wish to remove it.

To update your profile text or image, make the changes and click Save.
Tips

    Keep your profile message clear and concise to help others quickly find the information they need.
    Clear images with the subject in the centre are most effective as a profile image. These will be cropped and displayed at a relatively small size.
